I wanted to send you a quick note to remind you about Skippy's $1 101 - Photography in the Online World tomorrow! I highly recommend attending this if you have any interest in learning about the legality of online photography OR taking better pictures!

Ignite Fort Collins is coming up on March 4th, 2010 at 6PM! Do not miss out on this FREE, AMAZING local event - 14 presenters (including yours truly!) with 20 slides and 15 seconds per slide - meaning 5 minute presentations. This specific event is part of Global Ignite Week; cities all around the world will be hosting their own Ignites - including Ignite Denver (where I'll also be speaking with a different topic!) and Ignite Boulder.

Finally - PodCamp Fort Collins 1 is coming up. PodCamp is a Social Media/Web Tech/New Media UnConference. That is, there are no set speakers; we get together on March 12th from 7PM to 9PM and decide what we'd like to learn about and who can effectively lead a session on it. Then on March 13th, we actually get together from 9AM to 6PM and have those classes - a lot like the Digital Gunslingers, but as an all-day event! You don't have to attend both days, but the 13th is the important one.

Space for PodCamp Fort Collins 1 is extremely limited - 30 people MAX. We've got door prizes; 3 cases for smart phones worth $50 from OtterBox (and more coming soon!) Also, if you own your own business and would like to become a sponsor, we're looking for food, drinks, door prizes, poster money, or anything you'd like to give! If you become a sponsor, we'll be singing your praises all day long and will name the rooms after you for the day!

As an added bonus - you get to check out Cohere, LLC's brand new coworking space - Digital Gunslinger Angel has graciously donated the space to us so we can host Fort Collins FIRST PodCamp!
