Hi All,
First - welcome to a lot of new Digital Gunslingers! We went from 68 to 81 this week! Second - How do you feel about a venue change from DazBog North to the Council Tree Library on Harmony/Ziegler, starting in December? If we did that, the TweetUp afterwards would be held at Cafe Athens. There's a lot more space to accommodate a group of our size at the Library. If the thought of moving the venue to the other side of town has you seeing spots, let me know. If it's going to cause more trouble than its worth, we'll figure something else out. Third - December 22nd and 29th we will not be meeting - enjoy the Holidays! That means there will be 3 more classes before we "wrap up" 2009 Any requests for specific classes or recaps? Thanks - I look forward to hearing from you! -Nick Armstrong web: IAmNickArmstrong.com twitter: @ImNickArmstrong |

Nick,
Hope you are feeling better! What type of facility do they have? Would we have access to a large screen for viewing? Maybe two large screens? One live and one for power point? just some thoughts. Also, have you considered Mulligans little comfy room they have? It's cozy and there is a fireplace with a large screen above that plays tv....but I'm sure you could tap into it. they have large round tables. Of course they serve beer and coffee and food.I have used them for company luncheons, staff meetings and it is a very nice spot too. Just a thought. Going south is ok with me, no prob! Janet |

While I generally don't find myself south of Prospect too often, I'm open to a new venue that can fit more people. And I've never been to Cafe Athens, which might just be reason enough! I'm willing to give it a whirl.

Hello,
Sorry for the delay. Council Tree Library is a great place, and will offer a little more room as this group seems to be growing very quickly. Thanks and I'll see you tomorrow! -Nathan Strauch Disclaimer: This is simply my opinion, as I tend to have many of them. If this message was ill-taken in any way shape, or form... please take a number and as soon as my wife is done changing my mind on the last opinion(s), I will try to make time. Of course, this is only if I can deem the relevance of your opinion to be worthy.... in my opinion. |

FYI - new venue: Nonesuch Theater, for now. I'm not sure if they have a screen yet but we're working on it and it sounds like a great venue.
