A fun time sharing thoughts, questions, problems, and successes in social media and web technology! All over a pint from Fort Collins Brewery and some great food from Gravity 1020.

More good stuff, as usual! I especially liked learning and seeing more about Mail Chimp, and the "under-the-hood" reasons that Nick (and others!) like it so much. Very powerful tools ... Permission-based marketing, and Mail Chimp! So much to learn and Nick's group is a fun and cool place to learn it! http://www.FortCollinsPrimaryCare.com

A smaller group this time around, but ultimately we had a lot of fun and shared a lot of great tips on how to use MailChimp as well as the theory around Permission-Based Marketing. Woot!

A very technical presentation that seemed to go really well. What a great audience; hopefully everybody learned how to clone your wordpress blogs with ease and rescue yours from oblivion when necessary!

What a great crowd! Hopefully we covered all the ins-and-outs of WordPress that people could handle. New features, old features, they were all on the table last night. Thanks for all the great questions!

Another good class and conversation w/Nick in the Gunslingers! It was nice getting to hear from some "new" members about specifically how they would like to use social media ... and some of the ideas that were presented and suggested. "Real" projects bring the training "to life!" I always learn good stuff in Nick's group, many thanks, Nick!! http://www.FortCollinsPrimaryCare.com

Excellent info, many thanks to Nick who consistently seems to have the ability to keep on top of all of this info! Privacy is more and more of an issue ... and it's important for us to understand this issue. The "free" social media sites aren't really "free." There IS a cost ... the important thing to understand is exactly what the cost really is, and to decide if you want to pay it or not. This was important info ... thanks, Nick!! http://www.FortCollinsPrimaryCare.com

We had lots of great questions come in for this class, a lot of little sneaky things that each social media platform does to get your location data, and how to keep yourself from getting burned. Tons of fun to teach!

Very effective and well thought out. I went from knowing only the buzz to being able to describe it to others.

I found this group to be especially interesting, especially b/c of the particular subject. I like the idea of Google Plus and the greater level of privacy that it affords. Especially as compared with Facebook, that seems to have turned into an art form, sneaking / bribing / manipulating / deceiving personal information about you and your friends ... from you and your friends. I'm interested in Google Plus and will definitely be checking it out. Many thanks to Nick for bringing us this info! http://www.FortCollinsPrimaryCare.com

We had an awesome time checking out the features of functionality of Google Plus. We came up with some great ideas around how to use it, what to use it for, and how to make the best of this brand new social network. It's hard to know exactly what will happen, but I think Google Plus is on track to be something that people will use every single day for a long time.

Paul shared some excellent things with the group tonight; a few were really technical, and as Jerimiah pointed out, Paul is a purist. However, Paul's insight comes from significant experience and for many successful small business owners, he's dead-on. Paul's expertise has saved my butt on many occasions, so the purist route is probably the ideal way to go! :-)

Wow! There was really a LOT of WordPress techie expertise in the room last night! If you had WP questions, this was the place! I'm always interested to meet other website and Internet Marketing folks, and learn about what they are doing! A special THANKS to Nick for continuing to make this available to us!! http://www.FortCollinsPrimaryCare.com

Interesting group, especially with the "new" attendees who are actually using QR codes. I'm trying to figure out some good uses for QR codes for my businesses, seems they are easy enough to generate and use. Hmmmmmmm ... http://www.FortCollinsPrimaryCare.com
